New People Manager at DHC Group

We are thrilled to introduce our newest addition to the team, Dawn Fairhurst, who joins us as our People Manager here at DHC Group.

Introducing Dawn Fairhurst – People Manager.

At DHC Group, we’re committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. That commitment extends beyond the clinical realm, it also applies to fostering a supportive and thriving workplace culture. With this in mind, we’re thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team: Dawn Fairhurst, who joins us as our People Manager.

Dawn comes to us with a wealth of experience in HR, spanning across various industries such as Telecoms and Retail.  Now, she brings her expertise to the healthcare landscape, where her fresh perspective promises to invigorate our team and elevate our practices.

Paul Newton, Chief People Officer, shares our excitement about Dawn’s arrival. He says: ‘I am delighted, on behalf of DHC Group and the People Team, to extend a warm welcome to Dawn as our new People Manager. With her wealth of knowledge and experience in managing people teams and supporting operational colleagues across all aspects of people management, we are excited to have her on board. Over the next few months, Dawn will have the opportunity to meet many of our wider teams as she visits clinics, sites, and offices. She is keen to immerse herself in the business and get to know as many people as possible.’

In the coming months, Dawn will have the opportunity to immerse herself in the business. She’ll be visiting clinics, sites, and offices, eager to connect with as many team members as possible. Her goal? To understand the intricacies of our operations and to build relationships that will drive positive change.

As we embark on this new chapter with Dawn, we’re confident that her presence will not only enhance our internal processes but also contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our patients. Please join us in welcoming Dawn Fairhurst to the DHC family.
